Professional massage?
I just returned home form a training camp and am very sore and tight. What type of massage should I go for? I have no clue the difference between swedish, full body, hot stones and whatnot…

Swedish is for relaxations and general aches and tightness, and is the most common type. If you get an hour of massage, it is usually full body. Other types can be back only (that you see on malls often these days), Shiatsu, etc, etc, etc. You really don’t want stones placed on your body and nothing else, do you?? (and pay $60US)
If you get a professional Swedish masseuse, you can tell the therapist if any particular part of your body needs to be avoided (either for medical reasons or personal). They will NEVER touch “personal’ areas.
