Are heated back massagers any good?? What do they do?

Like any massager goes, they are usually only good for temporary relief. It can make you feel better for a while but as long as yo have any pinched muscles it isn’t going to be the best answer for you. As far as massagers go, it may do the same amount of work as any of them so go for it. Just keep in mind that the full answer isn’t in anything you are needing to pull out day after day to feel better with.
