I have an upcoming event, how can I lose belly fat & tone muscle fast?

I’m willing to do whatever it takes besides drugs. I need to lose as much weight as possible in belly and tone muscle in 3 weeks! Thanks for any suggestions.

Well, for SUPER FAST reslults…the first thing you want to do is start cutting out a lot of carbs and drink a ton of water. This will flush your body…although be prepared to go pee a LOT. A great muscle toning excersize is a popular Pilates exercise: lie on your back, bend your knees and raise your legs so your lower legs are paralell to the ground. Lift your chin to your chest and raise your arms straight out next to you. Pump your arms (out straight) up and down…no more than a foot or so. You’ll feel it in your abs RIGHT AWAY! Along with cutting carbs, do a lot of cardio to melt off the belly fat. GOOD LUCK!!
