My Baby Has developed Lilltle Pimples And scabs on her face and hands?
we Thought It was cradle cap but then she started getting it on her face and ears (red splotches) and then we noticed a pimple on her face then the next day her whole left side of her face was covered in them now she has them on her hands does any one know what it could be . She does have a doctors appointment tomorrow but were worried that we did something wrong

Don’t worry! That’s about the time that babies get baby acne. Its normal. My baby already has it at 2 months. I have a friend whose baby got it so bad everywhere that it almost looked like welts on his butt. I know how you feel, though. I was shocked when I went to sleep for 4 hours a couple of days ago and in that matter of time my baby’s face was covered in red splotches and pimples! I would just wait to talk to the pediatrician tomorrow. I doubt its anything else. From what I here from other moms, its totally normal.
I don’t use any products on my babies face and he still got it.
